Job Description

Part-Time Receptionist Wanted - Friendly Face Needed! Are you the kind of person who loves talking with people, staying organized, and bringing positive energy wherever you go? We may have the perfect opportunity for you! Our growing healthcare clinic is looking for a bubbly, kind, dependable, and cheerful Part-Time Receptionist to support our team and help create an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do:
✨ Answer phones and greet patients with a smile ✨ Schedule appointments and manage calendars ✨ Process patient payments ✨ Help patients feel welcome and cared for ✨ Assist with light cleaning and tidying as needed ✨ Support our newer doctor, who sees patients during later clinic hours
Schedule:
Approximately 5-10 hours per week Primarily Mondays from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (ish) Additional occasional hours may be available We'd Love to
Meet Someone Who:
Enjoys working with people Has a positive, upbeat attitude Is organized and detail-oriented Can multitask while maintaining excellent customer service Has front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience Recently Retired? We'd Love to Hear From You! This position could be a wonderful fit for someone recently retired who misses interacting with people and has previous front desk, receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience.
