McGoey Dermatology We are currently seeking a Receptionist Tired of working for a big organization with many levels of management? Wish you could just work directly with the doctor and a smaller staff? Tired of driving to multiple clinical sites? McGoey Dermatology is a private practice run by a dual board certified Dermatologist who provides innovative and compassionate care to patients of all ages. We are seeking candidates to join our strong, cohesive and hard working team in order to provide skin care to people in our community. Become an integral part of a small, agile Dermatology team, and enjoy working in a private practice setting.
Days-hours:
34 hours full time Monday through Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm No weekends or holidays Interested part time applicants should still apply Pre-med and Pre-PA gap year students encouraged to apply. Cross training opportunities with hands on clinical experience available if interestedBenefits:

The receptionist at McGoey Dermatologist is the first point of contact for all patients entering our practice and is integral in setting a warm and welcoming environment. They work with closely with the staff in order to keep the office running smoothly.Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients
- Check patients in and out
- Insurance and benefit verification
- Update patient information
- Collect payments
- Schedule appointments
- Answer all incoming calls
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure reception area is clean and organized
- Scanning and faxing
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recent experience in a medical office is preferred but not required
- Dermatology experience is a plus
