Job Description
Busy Dermatology office looking for outgoing, hard working, individuals who work well as a team. Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone. Checking patients in/out. Collecting co-payments and outstanding balances. Confirming proper documentation is in patient charts. Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information at each visit. Scanning patient ID's and insurance cards into patient's charts. Schedules any necessary appointments after completion of patient visit. Assist with maintaining office cleanliness. Able to multi-task, and work independently on assigned tasks.
