Candidates who successfully navigate our initial background check, health screenings, and immunization clearance will be fast-tracked for rapid-hire placements as soon as high-demand clinics or Emergency Department shifts open up. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Real-Time Documentation:

Accompany physicians into patient encounters to accurately document histories, physical exams, progress notes, and lab results directly into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Workflow Optimization:

Anticipate provider needs, track laboratory/radiology results, and help streamline the overall patient throughput.

Clinical Immersion:

Absorb medical terminology, clinical reasoning, and specialized anatomy across diverse specialties (Emergency Medicine, Endocrinology, Pediatrics, etc.). What We're Looking For (Requirements):

Career Focus:

Highly motivated pre-med, pre-PA, pre-nursing, or allied health students seeking meaningful, long-term clinical experience.

Commitment:

Ability to commit to a baseline schedule (e.g., specific weekday blocks or rotating weekends) for a minimum of 1 year.

Technical Savvy:

High typing speed (80+ WPM preferred) and a sharp eye for detail.

Clearance Ready:

Willingness to immediately complete standard hospital pre-employment screenings, including: Up-to-date immunization/vaccination records (including recent TB testing) Background check Urine drug screening
