Responsibilities Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient encounters with precision and efficiency, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Support the use of EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems by entering data swiftly and correctly to facilitate smooth clinical operations. Maintain a professional demeanor while working in a private practice with a high patient volume. Collaborate closely with physician to improve documentation workflows and ensure clarity in patient records. Prepping patient charts based off of the previous visit notes Requirements • Must be available to work Monday 9:00am-12:00pm, Wednesday 8:30am-5:00pm, and Thursday 12:00pm-5:00pm. Proven experience with transcription, medical documentation, or working within a medical office environment. Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems preferably Eclinicalworks. Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed to keep up with fast-paced clinical environments. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

Pay:

$19.50 - $20.00 per hour
