In this role, you will work closely with physicians and medical staff to accurately transcribe and document patient encounters in real-time, ensuring comprehensive and precise medical records. Your expertise in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be vital in supporting efficient clinical workflows. Duties Transcribe detailed physician-patient interactions accurately and efficiently during medical examinations and procedures Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and EHR systems to input, update, and manage patient data securely Ensure all medical documentation complies with healthcare regulations and privacy standards Assist healthcare providers by capturing vital signs, medication details, and clinical notes with precision Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records, including history, diagnostics, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions Support the clinical team by verifying patient information and preparing charts for upcoming appointments or procedures Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency room procedures to enhance documentation quality Experience Proven experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar medical documentation role Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency room protocols Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and transcription tools for accurate data entry Prior experience working in a fast-paced healthcare setting such as urgent care or emergency rooms is highly desirable Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed to keep pace with clinical activities Background in medical office operations or healthcare administration is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining attention to detail under pressure Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to enhancing patient care through precise documentation and efficient clinical support.
