Looking for detail oriented, conscientious folks, who handle their roles with grace, responsibility, and initiative. If that sounds like you, would love to hear from you. We are always open to hearing from good candidates, even if a specific role that suits you exactly is not posted. We have been around for 30+ years in Utah and Idaho, and are now expanding. Duties
  • Greet and Room patients (take vitals etc)
  • Document diagnoses, handle patient inquiries, communicate lab results, and send Rx to pharmacies.
  • Initiate Prior Authorizations for patient medications
  • Scribe (using AI) for MD/NP Providers during patient visits.
  • Work with clinic management to operating clinic in an effective, economical, and patient friendly manner. Skills
  • Familiarity with EMRs like eClinicalWorks, or other medical software systems is a huge plus.
  • Basic Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is a huge plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You will likely work on a 4x10 schedule, but exact days and timings may vary between
