Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to delivering responsive, compassionate, and expert medical services in convenient locations across the region. This position will be available for a late June /early July 2026 start date. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. New hires will be compensated for orientation and training. Boston ENT Associates is affiliated with Beth Israel Deaconess Needham Hospital and Mass General Brigham NWH/MEEI, and offices are located in Needham and West Roxbury. Flexibility to work in both offices and reliable transportation will be required. This position may be temporary or permanent, depending on the needs of the candidate. The position is suitable for candidates who plan to pursue a career in health care or health care management. Successful candidates should be able to work independently, be professional, motivated, and passionate about patient care. The medical scribe will accompany the provider during patient exams, and assist with history taking, scribing physical examination and clinical plan.
Additional tasks would be:
Greet and check-in patients that arrive at the clinic and direct them appropriately Monitor patient flow Supervise medication refills Label specimens, facilitate laboratory specimen tracking Schedule patient appointments Answer phones and clinically triage calls based on relevanceProficiency Requirements:
Knowledge of MS office and proficiency in typing Good communications skills, oral and written Attentive to details and organized Previous training in medical terminology and medical office procedures is desired but not required. Training on the AthenaHealth/Epic EHR will be provided.Pay:
