Medical Scribe

Responsibilities:

Accompany providers during patient visits to assist in documenting the provider assessment and exam Ensure all documentation accurately reflects the patient encounter and plan of care. Attention to detail is a must. Gain substantial knowledge in how to appropriately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, diagnoses, medication/prescription information, and follow-up instructions Navigate the offices computer system and electronic medical record

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, personable demeanor Detail oriented Ability to multi-task We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
