• Full-time We are a busy, multi-specialty medical practice specializing in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, pain management, and podiatry seeking a motivated and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate planning to pursue advanced healthcare education (Medical School, PA School, Nursing School, etc.) and gain hands-on clinical experience.

Responsibilities:

Obtain and document patient histories in the EMR Prepare injections and assist providers with in-office procedures Turn over exam rooms between patients Maintain and track inventory of medical supplies Dispose of medical waste, garbage, and recycling Assist with front desk coverage as needed Respond to patient messages and inquiries Prepare prescriptions, referrals, and imaging scripts

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Willingness to travel between multiple office locations Prior medical experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:

Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Flexibility required based on office needs Why Join Us?
