High School Diploma or Equivalent, medical assistant training preferred.
License/Certifications:

Prior medical experience preferred.
Responsible to:
On site physician or the office manager.

None SUMMARY:
The Scribe will assist the physician to ensure an accurate and complete medical record for each patient. The Scribe will assist the medical provider by accompanying them during the medical history-taking and exam, recording both into the electronic medical record and coordinate resources regarding tests and orders.
Salary Range:
