Navigate and utilize various EMR and EHR systems efficiently to input, update, and retrieve patient data. Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards. Support physicians in managing documentation workflows to optimize clinic efficiency and reduce administrative burden. Demonstrate a solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency room procedures to accurately interpret clinical information. Skills Exceptional transcription skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Prior experience working in a medical office setting or healthcare environment preferred. Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems is essential. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency room procedures.
