Medical Assistant Location:
Riverside Pain Physicians
  • Southside Schedule:
    Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM

PM Pay:

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe / Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced specialty practice. This hybrid role is designed for individuals who excel in real-time documentation while also supporting clinical operations. The primary focus of this role is medical scribing—capturing accurate, complete, and compliant documentation to support provider efficiency and patient care.
Responsibilities Medical Scribe:
Document patient encounters in real time within the EMR Capture history, physical exam findings, and treatment plans as directed by the provider Record lab, imaging, and procedure results accurately Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and finalized in a timely manner Track orders, follow-ups, and communications Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Medical Assistant:
Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits Support medication reconciliation and clinical follow-up Maintain exam rooms and supplies Assist with patient education and coordination of care Requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to document in real time Excellent typing and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Preferred:
