This position combines direct clinical support with real-time medical documentation to ensure efficient processes while making a meaningful difference in patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities of the Position Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient examinations in real-time, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient histories, physical exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions efficiently. Prepare referral documentation, diagnostic orders, and follow-up instructions. Track test results and assist with chart completion. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information and accuracy of all medical records
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Medical Scribe training or equivalent clinical experience Strong typing and computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, compassionate bedside manner Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working directly with providers and patients
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.50 per hour
