Job Description
Will conduct routine medication carts and associated documentation audits, Perform basic nursing tasks and provides accurate medication administration and quality care to the residents maintaining a safe environment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Nurse (RN or LPN). This position provides care and services such as medication administration, healthcare services, activities of daily living assistance and other duties, as assigned, in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards and procedures.
