Certified Medication Aide CMA Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents in a warm and vibrant environment. As a Certified Medication Aide CMA at our facility, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and making a positive impact in their lives.
Certified Medication Aide CMA Job Summary:
As a Certified Medication Aide CMA, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, assisting with the administration of medications and providing excellent patient care. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure accurate and efficient medication management, while also promoting a positive and healing environment for our patients.
Certified Medication Aide CMA Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and vital sign monitoring Maintain accurate records and reports, including fluid and meal intake and output Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden Monitor and report any changes in resident condition Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety Certified Medication Aide CMA Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare PCC software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
