Full Time, Part Time, On-Call Experience:
Preferred but not required; full training provided
Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and talented team members to join our memory care family. You must be a team player and customer-service oriented individual who enjoys taking care of seniors and elderly.
Shifts available:
7-3pm| 3-11pm |11-7am Must work weekends; No Exceptions!
Caregiver Responsibilities:
 Provide assistance with activities of daily living to our residents.  Provide encouragement, support and supervision to our residents.  Provide basic housekeeping and dining room duties.  Attend in-services and mandatory meetings.  May perform other duties as needed.
Med-Tech Responsibilities:
 Assist in monitoring the medication programs including proper documentation, reporting of errors, audit of files, storage of files and medication per Title 22 regulations.  Set up and assist with self-administration of medication including ordering and receiving medication.  Regular, ongoing communication with pharmacy, families, physicians and management with residents' condition.  Assist with updating service plans and care logs if needed.  Assist residents in making doctor's appointments and arrangements to and from appointments.  Act as shift supervisor.  Attend in-services and mandatory meetings.  May perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Must successfully complete all specified training programs. Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed including weekends.
