Apply today and hear back in 48 hours Qualifications Previous medication technician and senior living experience required Must be 18 years of age Ability to communicate clearly in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Day to Day Provide medication assistance in accordance with community policies and nursing direction Record medication administration and resident observations accurately and timely Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the clinical team Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene support Promote a clean, comfortable, and secure environment for residents Partner with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to deliver exceptional resident care
