As a Medication Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents by administering medications, monitoring resident well-being, and working alongside caregivers and the wellness team to provide exceptional care. Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the Wellness Director or licensed nurse. Accurately document medication administration and resident observations. Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. Ensure medication carts, records, and supplies remain organized and compliant. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and fellow team members. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life. Follow all community policies, infection control standards, and safety procedures. Qualifications Medication Technician experience in Assisted Living preferred. Must meet California RCFE requirements to administer medications. Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
