Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Medication Aide / Caregivers to join our team in our secured memory care neighborhood. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to residents in an assisted living setting. Your primary focus will be on medication administration, patient care, and ensuring the well-being of individuals with various needs, including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, dementia, and other health conditions. Duties Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects or adverse reactions. Be able to read, write and speak fluent english Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being. Utilize PCC for effective patient management. Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents while adhering to infection control protocols. Requirements Previous experience in an assisted living setting is preferred. Familiarity with medication administration procedures and medical documentation standards. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents. Comply with all regulatory requirements related to patient care. Pay:
From $21.50 per hour
