Work Schedule:
PRN Pay Rate:
$20.00- $26.
JOB SUMMARY
In this vital role, you'll ensure safe and accurate medication administration while providing compassionate support to our residents. You'll follow established protocols, maintain thorough documentation, and promote resident independence; all while demonstrating respect, patience, integrity, and a commitment to quality care.JOB DUTIES
Follows all policies and procedures for medication administration, medication ordering, and delivery Immediately reports med errors, or missing medications Provides quality care to residents as indicated on the care plan Promotes resident independence in accordance with service plan Compliant with all infection control guidelines Ensures proper transfer of medication cart between shifts Documents medication administration in EHR (electronic health record) per policy Demonstrates patience, compassion and integrity with residentsREQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Highschool graduate- Associate degree
- preferred Must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant license Must have current Medication Technician Certification Must maintain current Certification during employment One (1) year experience in senior services facility
