Woodlake Legacy Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) / Medication Technician to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of helping residents maintain their health, independence, and quality of life while working alongside an experienced and supportive care team. Accurately document medication administration and resident observations. Monitor residents for changes in physical or emotional condition and report concerns promptly. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Maintain medication carts, medication records, and medication room organization. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life. Follow all infection control, emergency, and community safety procedures. Qualifications Current Colorado QMAP Certification required. Previous Medication Technician or QMAP experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused. Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
