Job Description

QMap:
night shift 6pm to 6 am Passing medications and taking care of residents needs per Medication Administration signed Dr orders. Stocking Med Cart, Vitals, charting on residents, oversight of Medical Records. Answering phone and faxing Dr offices, and answering calls for residents, laundry service, bathing, emptying trash.
APPLICANT MUST HAVE A CURRENT QMAP CERT, PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE CURRENT TB TEST WITHIN THE PAST 2 YEARS.
