Medication Technician/Caregiver- Home office

Position Overview This role is ideal for someone with an assisted living or healthcare background who understands the fast-paced environment of senior care. The Office Coordinator will assist with scheduling, data entry, provider coordination, communication with assisted living communities, and administrative support for our clinical team. This position will be 24 hours a week and ca lead into fulltime. Responsibilities Schedule provider visits for assisted living communities Coordinate appointments and follow-up visits Communicate with assisted living staff, families, and providers Complete data entry and update patient information Assist with chronic care management and remote patient monitoring workflows Maintain organized records and reports Support office operations and special projects Help ensure smooth daily coordination between providers and communities Preferred Qualifications Experience in assisted living, home health, or medical office setting CNA, Med Tech, Medical Assistant, or healthcare administrative background preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and data entry Ability to multitask and work independently Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude Why Join Our Team?
