Medication Technician (Med Tech) Assisted Living Facility

This position requires current Med Tech certification and experience or interest with medication administration in an ALF or similar setting . Responsibilities Provide assistance with self-administration of medication in accordance with Florida regulations Follow MAR and all facility medication protocols Complete accurate and timely documentation Monitor residents and report any changes in condition Maintain organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the med cart Work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment Assist with ADLs as needed Requirements Med Tech Certification (Florida compliant) Level 2 background screening Ability to complete a full med pass independently Reliable transportation and strong attendance Language English (Required) License/Certification Med Tech (Required) What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to manage time and complete med pass without supervision Team-oriented with a professional attitude Benefits Referral program Health insurance Paid time off Opportunities for advancement
