Job Discription :
Full-Time & Part-Time Available A compassionate Assisted Living Facility in Sebring, Florida is seeking a reliable and caring Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors and is committed to providing exceptional resident care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and state regulations. Document medication administration and maintain accurate medication records (MARs). Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse or supervisor. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, as needed. Monitor residents' overall well-being and respond promptly to emergencies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Ensure compliance with all facility policies and Florida state regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in an Assisted Living Facility, Skilled Nursing Facility, or healthcare setting preferred. Current CPR certification (preferred). Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
