Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CMA to join our 5-star facility. The ideal candidate will oversee all operations as house supervisor on your shift, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. - Implement policies and procedures to maintain standards of patient care
- Supervise and manage care, medication administration, care giver staff, including shift management and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Qualifications:
- Active CMA license in the state of Georgia
- Proven experience in leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of hospice care, nursing home, home health, assisted living, and home care settings
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills
