Job Description
We are seeking dependable and compassionate PRN/On‑Call Medication Technicians to support our team by filling in during staff absences, high‑need periods, and schedule gaps. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility while still making a meaningful impact on resident care. Key Responsibilities Administer medications accurately and on time Maintain proper documentation and follow medication protocols Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Assist with ADLs as needed (bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.) Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, residents, and families Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Qualifications Current Medication Technician certification (or ability to obtain) Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or caregiving preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and dependable
