We are looking for
PM & NOC
Shift Caregivers and Certified Med Techs to join our team!
CAREGIVER
- $19.00
Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan within scope of practice Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and community alarms in a timely manner Build rapport with residents while promoting independence and self-care Deliver care and services in accordance with individual service plans Maintain accurate and complete records of care provided Conduct visual safety checks at the beginning of each shift and communicate resident status during shift transitions Report changes in resident condition to nursing promptly and effectively Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner Follow safety and infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment Assist housekeeping and maintenance in maintaining community cleanliness Identify and report environmental concerns to ensure resident safety and comfort Respect resident rights and support dignity, regardless of background or condition Recognize and respond to behavioral and psychosocial needs of residents
CERTIFIED MED TECH
- $19.50-$20.00
NOC Differential:
$1.00
Responsibilities:
Assist with or remind residents of ADLs including grooming, hygiene, bathing, and mobility Ensure timely and accurate medication assistance Lift and transfer residents as needed Assist with meal preparation, service, and monitoring of dietary changes Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition Monitor and record vital signs and follow bath schedules Report all incidents or accidents involving residents immediately Respond promptly to emergency situations and resident requests
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in memory care, assisted living, or dementia care Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire) Reliable transportation with consistent attendance and punctuality Certified Medication Assistance Technician (CMAT) in the state of Idaho (Med Tech only) Current Idaho State Medication Assistance Certificate (Med Tech only) Minimum of 1-2 years of Med Tech experience (Med Tech only) Ability to speak, read, and understand English Strong commitment to health and safety standards Ability to assist with housekeeping and meal preparation Well-organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, compassionate attitude Physical stamina to perform job duties High school diploma or equivalent Valid Food Handler's certification Fingerprint clearance card
Work Hours:
Days vary, including weekends
Evening Shift:
2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
NOC Shift:
