Led by an administrator with more than 20 years of senior care experience, our team includes an in-house Registered Nurse, experienced Med Techs, and dedicated caregivers who work together to ensure every resident receives personalized, respectful care. Position We are currently seeking a dependable Weekend Med Tech to join our team.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Weekend Shift)
Starting Pay:
$17.00 per hour $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 120 days of employment and remaining in good standing. Responsibilities Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders. Document medication administration and resident observations. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly. Assist residents with medication-related needs. Work closely with caregivers, nursing staff, and management to provide outstanding resident care. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented. Previous Med Tech experience is preferred but not required if otherwise qualified. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if required. Must successfully pass a background check as required by Idaho regulations. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check in accordance with Idaho Department of Health and Welfare regulations.
