Noblesville The Role:
Gray Residential Services is seeking a high-standard QMA to serve as our PRN Clinical Medication Coordinator. Reporting directly to the RN, you will be the primary lead for medication management and quality oversight for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an administrative and clinical support role designed for a QMA who excels at organization, pharmacy relations, and auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Oversight:
Monitor and verify cycle fill medications and Paper MARs. Coordinate new client intakes and ensure all refills are received timely.
Clinical Coordination:
Resolve Prior Authorization (PA) issues and contact prescribing physicians to secure orders.
Quality Auditing:
Conduct on-site quality audits of medication administration environments and practices across our residential sites.
Staff Resource:
Serve as a subject matter expert for staff regarding medication best practices and individualized Medication Administration Plans.
Compliance:
Participate as a member of the Incident Review Committee and ensure all client lab needs are communicated for timely refills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certification:
Current Indiana QMA Certification is mandatory.
Knowledge:
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred.
Tech Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel/Word) for audit documentation.
Logistics:
At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license, current liability insurance, and a dependable vehicle.
Compliance:
Current negative TB test and acceptable criminal history background checks.

Full time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm and on call as needed
