Qualified Medication Aide:

Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications. Document medication administration accurately and timely in-patient records. Assist with patient care activities, such as taking vital signs and assisting with activities of daily living. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management and adherence. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during medication administration. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized medication area. Assist with other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Valid state license(s) Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption.
