Sign-on Bonus:
Up to $2,500 for eligible candidates
Shift Differentials:
Additional pay for evenings, nights, and weekends What You'll Do Deliver high-quality care and support to residents Work collaboratively in a flexible, household-model setting Help residents maintain dignity and independence Gain valuable experience in a mission-driven organization ✅ Requirements Current CMA/CNA certification in Kansas Passion for senior care Ability to work scheduled shifts
