Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) to join our team on the night shift (7p-7a) or Saturdays (7a-7p). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care. Duties Assist residents with ADL's,IADL's, and Activities. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature as ordered. Preparing meals Administer medications following established protocols and physician orders Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Assist with specimen collection if needed Activities and assistance with LIVING and
HAVING FUN
Work in an environment of 1:4 staffing so that you can get to know and have fun with each resident. Work in a Home Plus facility licensed for 8 residents. Qualifications Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) credential required; A passion for helping others and working with seniors. Must be dependable to work your scheduled shifts Be positive and love to have fun. Excellent communication skills with attention to detail in clinical documentation and patient interactions When you join our team, you are joining a team that is 100% focused on improving the lives of seniors and to assist them in the journey of continuing to LIVE despite their limitations. We staff 1:4 so that our staff is not over worked and our residents are cared for!
