Please only apply if you are able to reliably work the Monday-Friday overnight schedule and are available for an immediate start. Duties Safely administer prescribed medications to residents. Assist residents with personal care needs, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures. Observe and document changes in residents' conditions using electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate care and medical documentation.. Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR as needed, and escalate issues according to protocol. Support residents in small, home-like environment. Complete household chores and other home needs during the overnight shift. Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Medication Aide. Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of patient care. Strong caregiving skills with experience in dementia care, hospice support, and memory care environments is a plus. Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks required for resident transfers and personal assistance. Basic life support (BLS), CPR certification, and first aid training.
