We are seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team at our Woodholme community. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about senior care and committed to providing safe, high-quality medication administration. Certification Requirement (Maryland Compliance) To be considered, you must have: Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification through the Maryland Board of Nursing Ability to safely administer medications under RN delegation in accordance with Maryland regulations Candidates without an active CMT certification will not be considered for this role. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders and state guidelines Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Document medication administration and care services in a timely manner Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership Support implementation of individualized care plans Provide compassionate care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive environment What We're Looking For Active CMT certification (required) Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their daily lives Compensation & Benefits $19
