Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive Pay Based on Experience Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Supportive Leadership & Team Environment ❤️ Meaningful Work with Residents You'll Come to Know Like Family What You'll Do As a Medication Aide / CMT / Med Tech, you will: Safely administer medications according to physician orders, state regulations, and community policies Accurately document medication administration and resident care Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility, and personal care Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team Support resident independence while providing compassionate, person-centered care Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community environment Participate in resident engagement and daily community activities as needed Qualifications ✔ Active Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required ✔ Minimum 6 months of Medication Aide/Med Tech experience required ✔ Previous experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Memory Care preferred ✔ High school diploma or GED ✔ Must be at least 18 years old ✔ CPR and First Aid certification preferred ✔ Experience caring for residents with dementia is a plus ✔ Ability to successfully complete required background screening Why Spring Arbor?
