Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medicine Technician to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality medication management and resident care within a senior living or healthcare facility. Duties Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely in accordance with State Service Agency Regurations Maintain comprehensive medical documentation Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates Assist residents with personal care activities such as mobility, hygiene, and ADLs Observe and report any changes in residents' health status or behavior. Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality at all timesspecialized caregiving techniques Perform manual handling tasks safely when assisting residents with mobility or transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary Respond promptly to emergency situations by providing first aid or CPR as needed and coordinating with emergency responders Document medical records accurately, including medication administration logs and incident reports Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care plans Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Medicine Technician (CMT) or equivalent licensure approved by the State Board of Nursing Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and senior care best practices Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks involving resident transfers or supplies Current CPR and First Aid certifications required; additional certifications in hospice or Alzheimer's care are a plus Excellent communication skills for caregiver interactions and resident engagement Knowledge of state healthcare regulations governing medication administration and senior living standards Join our team to provide compassionate, expert care that enhances the quality of life for our residents. Pay:

$25.57 - $30.79 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
