Full-Time CRMA or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Dionne Commons Assisted Living | Brunswick, ME Join a team that feels like family. Dionne Commons Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to join our dedicated care team. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Administer medications safely and accurately (CRMA responsibilities). Observe residents and promptly communicate any changes in condition. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Maintain accurate documentation and follow all state regulations and facility policies. Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and the leadership team to provide exceptional care. Qualifications Active Maine CRMA certification or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification. Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous assisted living or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
