CRMA's:
0-1 years of experience eligible for $2,500 (full time) 1+ years of experience eligible for $4,000 (full time) Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CRMA position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. This is a full time, night shift position at Mid Coast Senior Health Center, Assisted Living.
Summary:
The Certified Residential Medication Aide role is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations and standards of nursing practice under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides personal care services to residents in the role of PSS. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications:
Completion of a forty (40) hour CRMA certification required. Current of a PSS course within 90 days of start date required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Experience:
Prior long term care experience preferred.
