Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and responses to medication or treatments using electronic health record (EHR) Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition support Maintain detailed medical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed accurately Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CRMA) or equivalent credential Proven experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and medication administration protocols Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical records management Compassionate caregiving skills with a focus on patient safety and dignity
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
