Centrally located in Duluth, MN and on the bus route, Keystone Bluffs offers 80 beautiful apartments designed with single level living in mind. We are dedicated to providing quality care to our residents through compassionate care and assuring that our residents and their needs remain at the forefront of our focus! Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to the facility's medication policy Record and restock medication inventories, and process discontinued medication as directed by DON Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure. Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor. Complete necessary forms, charts, reports, etc. in a descriptive manner, and submit them as necessary Report errors in the administration of medications Review and follow a written care plan. Assist with caring for residents when needed Perform other duties as requested Qualifications Completion of a standardized medication administration training program for unlicensed personnel in nursing homes through a Minnesota postsecondary educational institution. Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration.
