  • Certified Medication Technician Duties & Responsibilities Provide exceptional, personalized resident care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Encourage resident engagement, socialization, and participation in daily activities. Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment where residents can thrive. Administer medications and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under the supervision of an RN or LPN. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, and ethical guidelines. Transport residents to and from dining areas and assist with feeding as needed. Make frequent resident rounds and monitor resident well-being. Supervise CNA staff to ensure quality resident care and assistance. Assist with direct resident care when necessary and follow up on identified concerns to ensure resolution.
