Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team at our Cassville, MO. About the
Role:
As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Roaring River, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Administering medications to residents as directed by the nursing staff Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing staff Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration Collaborating with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents Participating in resident care conferences to discuss resident progress and concerns
Requirements:
Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with seniors and/or in a related healthcare field preferred Ability to lift, push, and pull Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
