We value teamwork, respect, and commitment to our residents' health and well-being. Position Summary We are seeking a caring and dependable Certified Medication Technician (CMT) . The ideal candidate will administer medications safely, assist residents with daily living activities, and ensure a high standard of care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications accurately and in a timely manner. Document medication administration and resident responses per policy. Report any changes in resident condition or medication reactions to the charge nurse or supervisor. Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents. Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Qualifications Current Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help others. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
