Job Description

$750.00 Sign-On Bonus! We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team! The CMT works under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to ensure medications are administered safely, accurately, and on time while providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications as assigned and document appropriately Report changes in resident condition or concerns promptly to the Charge Nurse Complete accurate PRN documentation according to charting guidelines Monitor and report medication reorders Maintain proper medication inventory documentation Participate in required trainings, meetings, and in-services Support a positive and caring environment for residents and team members
Qualifications:
Current Medication Technician Certification required CPR/BLS Certified Current CNA license in the state of Missouri Previous long-term care or patient care experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Strong attention to detail and resident-centered mindset Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Benefits for
