Responsibilities:

Assist licensed nurses with medication administration, testing, and documentation Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain accurate and updated records of resident care and treatment Assist with vital sign checks and monitor resident conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans Participate in Quality Improvement activities to enhance care delivery

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri Experience working with older adults and/or individuals with disabilities preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
