Your responsibilities will include:

Direct Resident Support:

Assisting in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment that is conducive to the best interest and welfare of our residents.

Independent Judgment:

Exercising independent judgment and discretion in performing tasks, understanding that your responsibilities extend beyond routine care to ensure resident well-being.

Medication Administration:

Administering or assisting with self-administration of medication and treatments with precision and care. This includes observing residents' responses to existing treatment plans, recognizing prominent medication interactions and side effects, and promptly notifying the Supervisor of any concerns.

Meticulous Record Keeping:

Maintaining residents' records daily in a timely and accurate manner.

Inventory Control:

Completing an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with established policies. Maintaining a
