Job Description
Liberty Health seeks a Medication Technician (CNA) to support person-centered care within its behavioral health and healthcare programs. In this on-site role, you will safely administer medications under nurse supervision, document accurately, and monitor residents for side effects or status changes. You'll assist with daily living activities, take vital signs, and communicate observations to the clinical team. Working within Liberty's collaborative, evidence-based culture, you'll help deliver accountable, outcomes-focused care that supports diverse individuals in community and facility settings.
