What You'll Do:

As a Lead Medication Aide (CMA) for Memory Support, you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

Working evening shifts in our Memory Support department on weekdays, every other weekend, and a holiday rotation.

Providing compassionate, hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.

Leading your shift by guiding fellow associates, managing resident needs, completing reports, and serving as the point of contact for the on-call nurse.

Administering medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and company policies, while maintaining precise records for each resident.

Upholding the highest standards of care by ensuring all services are provided in line with Resident Service Agreements, company policies, and state regulations.

Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and your team members.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
  • Availability to work a schedule that includes evening shifts, every other weekend, and a holiday rotation.
  • 2+ years of experience as a certified caregiver and 2+ years of experience as a medication tech in a senior living or related industry.
  • A proven leader with 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Active state-required CNA and 40-hour CMA certifications with an acceptable record.
  • A current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
